We are pleased to introduce our “Diligent Documenter” Aparna as Care Pro of the Month! With a background in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges, Aparna is a skilled addition to our team.
She is a patient, empathetic and warm person. When Aparna is not busy providing person-centered care she enjoys a good thriller novel, comedy movies, and music.
Since her very first report in July of 2025, Aparna has demonstrated her documentation skills. She is detailed, thorough, accurate, and concise. When asked, she is happy to provide more information that is helpful to Care Coordinators and Care Pros alike. Her observations pave the way for the Care Pros in the next coming shifts to be prepared and helpful to new clients.
The diligent documentation and outstanding care she provides is an impactful duo. Her reports provide our client's family with a clear picture of how their loved one is doing and provide peace of mind that they are being looked after. These traits make us proud to have her out in the community serving clients & representing Home Instead. We are happy to recognize Aparna as our Care Pro of the month!
