Seth Sternberg, Co-founder/CEO, Honor
Seth Sternberg is the Co-Founder & CEO of Honor. Prior to Honor, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Meebo, which brought instant messaging to the web and reached close to half the internet population in the United States. Meebo was acquired by Google, where Seth became a Product Director working on the Google Identity Platform, and then within GoogleX. Seth started his career with IBM’s Corporate Development group after graduating from Yale University. He's also an alumnus (dropout) of Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Sandy Jen, Co-founder, Honor
Sandy Jen is a long-time entrepreneur and most recently co-founded Honor in 2014 to focus on transforming home-based care for older adults. She currently spends most of her time working with product and engineering to further the mission of changing the way we care for the aging population. In 2005, she co-founded Meebo with Honor's CEO. Their consumer internet company focused on instant messaging was acquired by Google in 2012.

Jisella Dolan, Chief Global Advocacy Officer
Jisella serves on multiple global and national boards and committees, including with the Global Coalition on Aging, World Economic Forum (WEF), RAISE Act Council, and Home Care Association of America. Jisella graduated from the University of Nebraska's College of Law and was a member of Order of the Coif, the Nebraska Law Review and Phi Beta Kappa.

Monica Lo, Co-founder/Strategy & Operations, Honor
Monica co-founded Honor in 2014 and has led the G&A, Finance, and People functions. She currently focuses on business and strategy. Prior to Honor, she worked in retail grocery on initiatives related to strategy and operations, and spent a number of years in management consulting on topics ranging from consumer technology to supply chain. She received her MBA from Stanford and MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.

Ian Clarkson, President
Ian leads Honor’s core operations, overseeing the Care, Growth, and Product teams. He’s focused on both the day-to-day operations of delivering care and setting the company up for long-term success. Ian joined Honor after serving as president and COO at Nerdy, a live online learning platform. Prior to Nerdy, he spent 14 years at Amazon, where, amongst other things, he built AmazonFresh, Amazon’s home grocery delivery service and led Amazon’s seller services business in Europe.

Andrew Steinberg, CFO
Andrew runs Honor's finance organization, drives our strategy with a finance lens, and manages the capitalization of our business. Prior to joining Honor, Andrew spent 10 years in banking as a Managing Director at Evercore. Before that, he worked at Google and Booz Allen in leading operational and consulting roles, respectively. Andrew earned his MBA at The Wharton School, MS in Biomed Science Policy at Georgetown, and BS in Biomedical Engineering and Econ at Duke.

Kim Atkinson, CCO
Kim Atkinson is Chief Communications Officer at Honor and Home Instead, and leads the companies' brand, marketing and communications efforts. Since joining in 2023, she led the relaunch of the Home Instead brand, positioning the 30 year-old brand at the forefront in innovative home care service for the global aging population, while simultaneously building Honor Technology's corporate position as a leading healthtech innovator. Kim brings more than 20 years of experience in communications and brand marketing for medtech, healthcare, and hospitality franchises, holding senior leadership roles at SmileDirectClub, AthleticGreens, and IHG where she built and elevated globally recognized brands.

Sharon Le Duy, General Counsel
Sharon is responsible for legal matters at Honor. With over 25 years of experience providing strategic counsel to companies at the forefront of emerging industries, she has served in key legal roles at AirTouch Communications (now Vodafone Group), CNET Networks, and Meebo, where she met Honor’s founding team. Sharon has a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a J.D. from UC Berkeley.

Martin Jones MBE, CEO United Kingdom & International, Home Instead
Martin oversees a network of over 255 franchised offices across the United Kingdom, and Home Instead’s 11 international markets. With over 20-years of experience within retail and operations, Martin joined Home Instead UK in 2012 as its Chief Operating Officer. Under Martin’s leadership, Home Instead UK has grown exponentially, becoming the number one home care provider in the United Kingdom, with annual revenue of <$370M. Martin’s commitment to the home care industry extends beyond his CEO role. He serves as Chair of the Homecare Association, Chair of the Care Workers’ Charity, and a Trustee of the Age UK Board.

Heidi Robinson, Chief People Officer
Heidi leads Honor and Home Instead’s Human Resource and Talent functions, championing and evolving the company culture and its people, as Honor continues to scale. With over 25 years of experience spanning from seed stage to Fortune 100 and between, Heidi has served in key leadership roles focused on people, talent, and product at Amazon and Nerdy, as well as other top-tier brands. Heidi has her MBA from University of Washington and her BA from Pacific Lutheran University.

Linn Free, SVP, Operations
Linn leads operations for Home Instead, North America, spanning across the United States and Canada. Prior to joining Honor, Linn worked for Yum! Brands, where he spent over 13 years as an integral member of the executive and leadership teams. His roles included serving as the Global Director of Operations for KFC, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth strategies across 18 business units across 140 countries and 25,000 restaurants worldwide. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for KFC Canada, overseeing operations for more than 650 franchise locations.

Stephenie Landry, COO
Stephenie leads the team responsible for the delivery of in-home care for thousands of aging adults throughout the United States. Her responsibilities include day-to-day operations, spearheading the technological and product advancements that fuel the business, and driving the company's long-term growth strategy. Prior to joining Honor, Stephenie solidified her reputation as a transformative leader through an extensive career at Amazon. Over a 20-year tenure, she was the driving force for numerous initiatives that combined cutting-edge technology with disciplined human operations, resulting in exceptional customer service experiences.

Preeti Kaur, EVP, Head of Data and Engineering
Preeti plays a key role in developing and launching innovative solutions to acquire and retain clients as well as care professionals, optimizing for delivering quality and reliable care. Under her leadership, Honor’s operations teams have increased efficiency by mechanizing workflows, which allows teams to focus on the more personal work of interacting with clients and care professionals. Preeti has embraced the world of GenAi solutions, big and small, to help move the industry of in-home care towards a more affordable and reliable set of services. Prior to Honor, Preeti served as VP of Software Engineering at Carta, leading multiple teams responsible for private equity management, compensation, and liquidity. Earlier in her career, Preeti held leadership positions at Premise Data and The Climate Corporation, one being a gig economy/crowdsourcing industry and the latter being a completely different world of AgTech.
